Red Faction is the much awaited game of the year. This game, developed by THQ has all the ingredients so as to make it a good action/adventure game. This game has good storyline up and the game begins with Marcus (the main character) who loses his brother James Kepler in the beginning. The game features two groups: Red Faction and EDF who are fighting each other to conquer Mars. The Red Faction are the original natives of the Mars and they fight against the EDF who are from Earth. The game has good sound and game play. It is released for three platforms at present: Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The multi-player part of the game is really good and outstanding. The number of players per match is 8 and the game features number of maps that are being included. The game has good music, during war times. This game is the third installation in the series followed by Red Faction and Red Faction 2. The game although has same repetitive missions features some good game play. It is rated 8.0 in IGN.
