The playstation 3 is launched by Sony. It is the next generation gaming console in the playstation series followed by Ps2. The sony playstation 3 comes along with an 80 gb hard-disk for $399.99. It is best suited not only for gaming but also for unlimited home entertainment. It can be used to store movies on its 80gb hard-disk and can also be used to store music and games. We can also install Windows XP so that we can use the media centre for watching movies etc... . Even though Xbox 360 has more games than Ps3, soon their will be good competition between the two major game console in the forth coming years as because number of games are being developed exclusively for Ps3. Ps3 also can support blu ray discs and the failure rate of Ps3 is also very less. Iam sure that it is going to pose a major competition for the future game consoles.
